Open Space. For Open Minds.®
We look for motivated, open-minded people who are creative, embrace innovation and bring imagination to their work. Our employees see opportunities instead of obstacles, have a passion for solving problems and constantly look for new and better ways to serve our customers.
The world is changing rapidly. That’s why we are never satisfied with the status quo. At Heraeus, our employees experience innovation first hand - and drive it. To achieve this, we nurture new ideas and bold thinking, use agile working methods and establish partnerships with promising start-ups, scientific institutions, respected universities and some of the world’s best-known companies.
Global Reach and Perspective:
From its humble beginnings at a family-owned pharmacy in Hanau, Germany, Heraeus has become a global success story and one of the world’s most respected organizations. Today, the company’s operations encompass more than 100 key global markets in the Americas, Europe and Asia-Pacific.
When it comes to diversity, our diverse businesses are just the beginning. The diversity of our workforce is a significant reason for the growth and success of Heraeus. Our inclusive, collaborative culture respects the viewpoints of others, and we hold ourselves and our colleagues to the highest standards of tolerance and respect in every aspect of our conduct.
For over 20 years, the Heraeus Awards have honored employees and teams whose ideas produce innovative products, significantly improve processes, solve critical challenges or make a significant contribution to achieving our sustainability goals.
We provide faster Internet
Optical fibers have an enormous capacity for data transmission. Several terabits per second can be transmitted via a single Internet fiber. The diameter of an optical fiber is only 0.125 millimeters. More than 30% of the glass fibers produced worldwide contain quartz glass from Heraeus.
