Heraeus (Zhaoyuan) Precious Metals Materials Co., Ltd. (HZPM) is a Sino-German joint venture which was incorporated in October 1995 by W. C. Heraeus GmbH, an internationally renowned manufacturer of gold bonding wires, and by Shandong Luxin Precious Metal Co., Ltd.
HZPM’s main scope of business is the manufacture and sales of gold bonding wires, silver bonding wires,evaporating gold, gold targets and solder powders. In the meantime, the company has become the largest manufacturer of gold bonding wires in China and the foremost producer of technical solder powders in the world. HZPM is the main bonding wire supplier to numerous international semiconductor customers, including ASE, AMKOR, STATSCHIPPAC, ST and Freescale. The company has always stressed the importance of advanced management right from its founding, and also the value of quality development and compliance in line with the ISO14001, OHSAS18001, ISO9001 and ISO/TS16949 quality standards.

Heraeus Zhaoyuan (Changshu) Electronic Materials Co., Ltd. (HZCM) is a Sino-German joint venture which was incorporated in October 2002 by W. C. Heraeus GmbH, an internationally renowned manufacturer of bonding wires, and by Shandong Luxin Precious Metal Co., Ltd.
HZCM’s main scope of business is the manufacture and sales of gold bonding wires, aluminium wires, copper wires, Pd-coated copper wires, evaporating gold, gold targets, fluxes, SMT adhesives, sinter pastes, solder pastes and other assembly materials. The company’s headquarters are in the Changshu Southeast Economic Development Zone. HZCM products are now on an internationally high advanced level. It counts ASE, Fujitsu Nantong, Amkor, SANDISK, PSTS, SPIL, and Changdian Jiangsu amongst its customers.
HZCM carries out a comprehensive TS16949 quality system and is certified to ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 quality system.
